I won’t be able to post this until I am off the plane, I am presently writing this at about 30,000 feet above Colorado, at 6:00pm MST. We are scheduled to land in Salt Lake City at 6:30pm. I feel compelled to write this beause I need to release some emotion.

I just watched the Twilight movie. I don’t get it; maybe it’s because I’m  a guy, or just an adult, but that was without question the dumbest movie I have ever had the misfortune to watch. If it weren’t for the fact that I am on a plane with no opportunity to flee, I would have run out during the scene when Edward first appears. I just had 2 hours of my life stolen!

For months now all I have heard from any woman who has seen Twilight is, “It was really good!” Did they watch a different version? Maybe they really didn’t see the movie, but just used it as an excuse to get out of the house with their friends? Seriously…seriously?!

It was horrible! The effects were bad, the acting was poor, and the plot was well, nonexistent. But the experience was not all bad: the meal in First Class was better than the typical movie menu, and the movie was only 2 hours long instead of 2 hours and 1 minute.

To all my female family and friends: I apologize now, for I am afraid that after I post this I will never be forgiven.

I think I’ll watch Iron Man when I get home tonight.
